Shipping policy

At Leonardo Marino, we want every customer to know exactly how and when their order will arrive. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery expectations, and important shipping conditions in full detail so there are no surprises.


1. Order Processing Schedule

Orders submitted before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after this cut-off time—or on weekends or public holidays—will enter processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


2. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery timeline consists of two stages:

Processing Time

2–3 business days
This includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Transit Time

6–8 business days
This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package after it has left our facility.

Total Estimated Delivery Window

Most customers receive their orders within 8–11 business days from the moment the order is placed.

These are estimated timeframes; shipping speed may vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Cost

A flat shipping rate of $7.99 USD applies to all orders shipped within the United States — regardless of order size or weight.
There are no additional handling fees.


4. How Your Order Ships

We partner with reputable U.S. carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used will depend on your location, service availability, and package requirements.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number, which allows you to follow your parcel throughout delivery.


5. Shipping Coverage Area

At this time, Leonardo Marino ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international or overseas shipping.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If a package is returned to us because:

  • the address was incomplete

  • the address was incorrect

  • the carrier could not deliver the package

…we will contact you for an updated address.

A new shipping fee may be required before the order can be resent.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier backlog

  • Natural events or regional disruptions

  • Holiday peak periods

If we are alerted to a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you via email.

Please note: delays caused by carriers or external events are not within our control and do not qualify for shipping refunds.


8. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with household members

  2. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

  3. Confirm with neighbors or your local carrier office

If you still cannot find your package, contact us and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.
Please understand that we cannot replace or refund packages that carriers confirm as delivered.
