Refund policy

At Leonardo Marino, we aim to ensure that every customer feels confident and satisfied with their purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a clear and reliable return process in accordance with Google Merchant Center guidelines.


1. Return Eligibility Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 50 calendar days from the day their order is delivered.
After this timeframe, we are unable to accept a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


2. Return Shipping Responsibility

All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend sending your return using a trackable shipping method. Leonardo Marino is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


3. How to Start a Return

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: support@leonardomarino.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Our support team will provide the correct return address and any additional instructions.

  3. Repackage your item securely with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase included.

  4. Ship the parcel back using your chosen carrier and retain your tracking number until your refund or exchange is completed.


4. Exchanges

We accept exchange requests for both defective and non-defective products.

If you need another size, color, or wish to swap your item for something different, simply mention this in your initial return email. Our team will guide you through the process.


5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives with any issues (defects, damage, or an incorrect item), please contact us immediately.

  • Clear photos of the item

If the problem is confirmed, we will resolve it at no cost to you, including covering any return shipping where applicable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@leonardomarino.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return process must be followed after delivery.


7. Refunds

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected. You will then receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is the result of our error.

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refunded amount to your account.

If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was delivered to us and you have not received an update, please reach out to our support team.
